NEPAL: Kathmandu – Dasarath Rangasala Stadium – Kanti Path Concept Wall

On the west side of the Dasarath Rangasala Stadium along the street Kanti Path in Kathmandu, a long mural depicting various sports was completed in 2024. The project was carried out in collaboration between the KATHMANDU METROPOLITAN CITY and the NEPAL ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS, which oversaw the artistic coordination and selected local artist teams. Work began in spring 2024 and was completed by late autumn that year. The long wall painting features various sports genres, but as well local children plays or traditional activities and board games.

GERMANY: Urban Art Hildesheim – Rose Parkhaus Project – Hildesheimer Art – Spray Space Gallery

The huge parking garage ROSE PARKHAUS at Marie Wagenknecht Straße 24 was transformed into a fantastic art gallery of graffiti and streetart in the summer of 2025. Large murals and pieces on the ground level adorn from the outside, and inside the parking garage there are plenty more works in a wide variety of styles, created by more than 50 artists. This place used to be avoided and was considered a hotspot for drugs and crime, but now the colorful building attracts artists and art lovers from all around. The project was initiated by BJÖRN STEINSIEK as part of HILDESHEIMER ART.

ARGENTINA: Streetart Buenos Aires – Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo – TOLERANCE POSTER SHOW

The TOLERANCE POSTER SHOW is a traveling exhibition and part of the TOLERANCE PROJECT initiated by the artist MIRKO ILIĆ from New York. He was inspired by the third edition of the film festival “House of Tolerance” Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2017 and asked 28 artists to create a poster about tolerance. After a successful 10-day show in Ljubljana, they decided to tour the posters globally. Now, whenever the exhibition appears in a new city, local designers contribute to the ever-expanding catalogue of artworks. In 2024 they also visited Buenos Aires in Argentina!

DENMARK: Streetart Tórshavn – Faroe Islands – Urban Art on Streymoy

Tórshavn is the capital of the Faroe Islands and with around 23.000 inhabitants the political, economic, and cultural center of the archipelago in the North Atlantic, which is partly autonomous but belongs to Denmark. The name means “Thor’s Harbor” and refers to the Norse god Thor, a nod to the city’s Viking origins whose settlers came here around the 9th century. Cultural attractions include the National Museum of the Faroe Islands and the modern Havnar Kirkja church. And there are several kinds of interesting urban art to be found on the streets.

NORWAY: Streetart Tromsø – Arctic Jam Breakdance Festival & Arctic Writers Graffiti Projects

Tromsø is located beyond the Arctic Circle, has around 77.000 inhabitants and is known as the „Gateway to the Arctic“. Recommendable sights are the Arctic Cathedral, the Polar Museum and the views from the Fjellheisen cable car, but Tromsø is also a hub for contemporary urban culture. A particularly significant event is the ARCTIC JAM, which includes a streetart festival organized annually by the artist collective THE ARCTIC WRITERS. The happening encompasses not only streetart and graffiti, but also breakdance battles, hip-hop workshops, and dance performances.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Borgo San Paolo – Giardino de Valle – PicTurin Artworks

In Turin’s Borgo San Paolo district, between Via Carso and Corso Trapani, lies Giardino de Valle park with various green spaces. In the northern and southern parts of the park, there are two concrete structures that were designed by various local artists as part of PIC TURIN in November 2011. There were also other works in other parts of the city. It was the second edition of the event after 2010, and a third followed in 2012. The project was organized by MURARTE with support of the collectives IL CERCHIO E LE GOCCE and MONKEYS EVOLUTION. Check out the great artworks!

MOROCCO: Streetart Asilah – Graffiti, Urban Art & Asilah Arts Forum

Asilah is a small, picturesque town with around 30.000 inhabitants on the Atlantic coast of northern Morocco, about 45 kilometers south of Tangier. The town has a long history dating back to Phoenician times and was under Portuguese and Spanish rule over the centuries, which is still reflected in its architecture today. Worth seeing are the city walls and fortresses, the Bab Homar city gate, and the medina of Asilah, the historic old town with its white houses, colorful murals, and narrow streets. Several art festivals are also held annually, including ASILAH ARTS.

NORTH MACEDONIA: Streetart Skopje – Volgogradska Spray Space – Rende Graffiti Walls

In the Karpoš district of Skopje, at Volgogradska 7, you can do two fantastic things at once. Here you’ll find the amazing burger place SENDVICARA RENDE, or simply RENDE. They serve excellent burgers and are highly recommended for a food break. The place is also covered in graffiti, both along the row of shops and around the building. Especially the artists DRASH and RASK have left their mark, as their studios are located nearby in the neighbourhood. Check out the great artworks and have a burger stop when you are around.

NICARAGUA: Streetart Somoto – Madriz Urban Art in Northern Nicaragua

Somoto is a small town in northern Nicaragua and the capital of the Madriz department, near the border with Honduras. The town is located at an altitude of about 700 meters, has a population of around 40.000, and is known for the Cañón de Somoto, a spectacular canyon that was only scientifically explored in 2004 and is now one of the most impressive natural attractions in the country. Also worth seeing are the Santiago Apóstol Cathedral, the Parque Central, or the great urban artworks around the streets.

GERMANY: Graffiti Artist & Event Organizer – MANUEL GERULLIS aka YOURS – Founder of MEETING OF STYLES

The graffiti writer MANUEL GERULLIS aka YOURS grew up in the 80s with his crews DBL or CNB. In 1997 he launchend the WALL STREET MEETING in Wiesbaden, today known as the MEETING OF STYLES, which became a global event network with more than 400 held jams world wide, but is also passionately involved in many other projects to open creative spaces like the KONTEXT, the SCHLACHTHOF, the KULTURCAMPUS or the EUROPEAN HIP HOP MUSEUM. His mission is to bring more color, creativity, respect, and peace via urban art into the world. We spoke with YOURS in an interview about his own development and the story of MEETING OF STYLES.
