GERMANY: Frau Fenster Art & Design

What can I say…. ? #ArtIsMyHeart ?. My friends say, I am a bit crazy, but lovely. I am always late, but when I arrive it´s mostly catastrophically. But in a funny way. Maybe a bit clumsy as well, but more in social and people issues. The childhood was a nightmare and psychic confusions are still present, therefore I have a different and in some ways more sensible view for life, people and things. Altogether there are several eccentric and extravagant habits existent. Tata! The perfect character and history which are needed to be an artist. And that´s what I meanwhile became.

BOLIVIA: Cementerio de Trenes – Uyuni

While we drove through the salt desert of Bolivia during our South America trip we made a little stop at an old train cementary. The „Cementerio de trenes“. The scene is just fantastic and a cinematic playground, the perfect place for a new Mad Max movie or a zombie apocalypse. The train cementary is located near the desert town Uyuni at around 3600 meters altitude. And you notice the height with every step for sure. In the big salt desert – the Salar de Uyuni – there is annually the famous Dakar Race on the route between Argentina over Chile to Bolivia with Uyuni as one of the main headquarters.

ISRAEL: Streetart Florentin

Florentin is actually a part of Tel Aviv, we wrote already about its street art. But Florentin deserves a special part about the graffiti and the particular surrounding. The walls are covered with nice artwork and the extraordinary mix with the industrial buildings is phenomenal. It is as well a very interesting place if you want to directly observe and study some kind of half-functioning but still developing gentrification. Some streets are in perfect hipster manner, there are chick bars and nice cafes, a lot of alternative and different styles. But just around the corner there is as well the factory quarter, between dirty roads and market streets all over. Its a fantastic mix. There the stylo cafes, on the other side is one car repair shop next to each other with a scrap head in front of the place. Just the architectural commingling is fantastic.

VIETNAM: Crazy House – Đà Lạt

The name significates very nicely that the building is kind of wired and crazy. But just only the description „crazy“ isn´t adequately sufficient for this wondrous place. There should be added the terms „fantasy“, „fairy tale“ or „other world“. But well, then the name would be too long. When you step into the Crazy House in the south of Vietnam you literally enter another world. A little magic land. We have a lot of great photographs and a walk around video.
