In the eastern part of Nice is the Saint Augustin district with a huge industrial area around the airport. The depots and factories of MIN and Manakin Fleurs, a flower warehouse with distribution to the end stores, are also located there. It is a large hall complex surrounded by many other companies. But the special thing about this location is that it is also home to two fabulous artists‘ studios, namely those of FABEN and AROKE. They also received permission to redesign the walls on the dull and boring gray surfaces. This is how the MIND ART DISTRICT was gradually created.
