GERMANY: Streetart Augsburg – Die Bunten – Graffiti and Urban Art in the Fuggerstadt

The Bavarian city of Augsburg is one of the oldest cities in the country and especially the old town is home to historic buildings from different eras. You should visit the medieval guild houses of the Fuggers, the Cathedral of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary from the 11th century and the Basilica of St. Ulrich and Afra with its onion dome. Another landmark of the „Fuggerstadt“ is the town center with the Golden Hall. Of course, Augsburg also has plenty of urban art to offer. The collective DIE BUNTEN in particular lives up to its name and makes the streets more and more colorful.

NORTH MACEDONIA: Streetart Skopje – 40th Anniversary Mural – Bushava Azbuka – DRASH & MIKS

On August 31st in 2025, a magnificent new mural was unveiled in the Debar Maalo neighborhood to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the beloved children’s series „Bushava Azbuka“. The creators of the long wall painting are the two fantastic local artists DRASH and MIKS, with support from the media company Vidi Vaka and the Centar District Municipality. The artwork was inaugurated with a lovely street festival attended by young and old, just as the iconic series has already brought many generations together and helped children learn to read and write since 1985.

GERMANY: Streetart Neuenhagen – Train Station – Masterpiece Wall – Gemeinsam Stark

In June 2023, a wonderful redesign of the train station in Neuenhagen took place, in which many great graffiti artists took part, but also young people from the district and children from the local schools. The train station is now truly a masterpiece and an open museum of urban art for the city. The motto was named to the regional train number „S5 Aktion“ and to the international movement „Gemeinsam Stark“ which means in English „Strong Together“. Check out the numerous great artworks!

MONACO: Streetart Monte Carlo – Urban Art around the Principality on the Côte d’Azur

Monaco is a tiny, independent city-state on the French Mediterranean coast with an area of 203 hectares and approximately 38,000 inhabitants. Luxury reigns in the principality, which is a place for the rich, with its pompous casinos, yacht marinas, and the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix in Formula 1, which takes place annually on the streets. There is no graffiti here, and very little streetart, but there are open-air photo exhibitions and there are also stickers, mainly from the countless tourist visitors.

FRANCE: Fantastic Artist and Fork Painter from Nice – Portraits & Abstract – NICOLAS MARVEL

The great artist NICOLAS MARVEL creates fantastic canvases, primarily portraits and meanwhile also surreal abstract works. His paintings are breathtaking in themselves, but they become even more astonishing when you know how he creates them: with a fork! Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, he now lives in Nice, France, where he regularly exhibits his work. We were fortunate to attend one of these events and admire his magnificent pieces. SWEDEN: Streetart Landvetter – Gamla Partillevägen – Legal Graffiti Space – Landvetter Wall

At the entrance of the Gothenburg suburb of Landvetter, close to the main road Gamla Partillevägen and directly at the idyllic lake Landvettersjön, there is a legal graffiti wall which is open for spraying. It is not a special building neither beautiful, but just a set up row of plates. Still you can paint well on it and there it is allowed, besides, the surrounding lake and wood landscape is magnificent. Perfect for a combination of swimming, barbecue and painting.

PORTUGAL: Streetart Olhão – Fantastic „SEN-City“ – Graffiti and Urban Art at the Algarve

Olhão is located in southern Portugal on the Algarve coast and has approximately 14.000 inhabitants. Worth seeing are the impressive 17th-century Baroque church, Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, and the replica of the historic fishing boat Caíque Bom Sucesso in the harbor, which undertook a legendary voyage from Portugal to Brazil in 1808. Urban art enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, as the entire town is covered in graffiti, portraits and murals, especially by the fantastic artist DARIO SILVA aka SEN, who has almost single-handedly painted the streets with countless works and even a whole old church. This is why it is often nicknamed „SEN CITY“.

SERBIA: Novi Sad – Graffiti Artist SHPIRA – 3D Murals – Founder of AVIJATICARSKA GALERIJA

The great artist SHPIRA from the Serbian city of Novi Sad loves to create graffiti, streetart and characters in a three-dimensional style. Countless works adorn the walls of his home town, but his latest and most exciting project is the AVIJATICARSKA GALERIJA. It is not a hall of fame, but rather an urban art gallery where local and international artists can add murals by arrangement. It started with one building in the neighborhood, but after the great results, the residents of the buildings around also wanted such murals. Check out the interview!

GERMANY: Streetart Oldenburg – Bundesbahnweg Graffiti Hall – MEMUR URBAN ART FESTIVAL

The fantastic MEMUR FESTIVAL took place in Oldenburg on the railway embankment wall along the Bundesbahnweg from August 12th to 14th in 2022. The title is a combination of memorial and mural. More than 30 regional and international artists designed a 280-meter-long wall with magnificent works depicting experiences and impressions of recent years, such as the pandemic, war, conflicts, and other areas of social and political tension. The common denominator of the artworks was thus the experience and reflection of collective memory.

NORTH MACEDONIA: Streetart Kumanovo – Razvigorche Urban Art Kindergarten – FORMA CREW

The Razvigorche kindergarten in Mosha Pijade in Kumanovo is not only an educational institution for very young children, it is also a real urban art museum. The graffiti crew FORMA took on the facades in 2023 and 2024, creating fantastic works around the main building and on other walls on the premises. The crew members MOLERAJ, SKIDAR and TRENDO carried out the work. The result was individual works with motifs of children based on original photos and two themed scenarios depicting an underwater world and a jungle landscape.
