From 1st to 3rd August in 2025, the INTERNATIONAL STREETART FESTIVAL WILHELMSHAVEN took place for the 13th time in downtown Wilhelmshaven. In the pedestrian zone and in the Nordsee Passage, 31 artists from eleven countries laid their colorful and ephemeral works of art at the feet of visitors via floor murals. From imaginative motifs to astonishingly realistic depictions, the entire spectrum of street painting was presented in the three categories “Copy,” “3D,” and “Free Art”. The first edition took place in 2011. Since 2024, there has also been the additional SPRAY WATT GRAFFITI FESTIVAL, which is specifically for writers.
