The Island of Poel is located in the Wismar Bay in the Baltic Sea near the city of Wismar. In 1997 it became a state-approved resort, and since 2004 the municipality has been known as the Ostseebad. Photographer and streetart hunter Holger Peter paid a visit to the Island of Poel and found several beautiful works of art spread over the area.
