GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Zehlendorf – Rathaus Exhibition – STREET LIFE 2.0 – VERBUND GRAFFITI & STREETART SZ

Zehlendorf town hall is getting colorful! From December 5th in 2023 till March 31st in 2024, more than 115 street art exhibits by over 70 artists can be admired on two floors of the Zehlendorf town hall. The exhibition was organized by the VERBUND GRAFFITI & STREETART SZ and the project STREETLIFE 2.0, in initiated by the artists PHILIP NADOLL and JONAS QUENTIN.

GERMANY: Streetart Karlsruhe – Combo Creative Space – Graffiti, Breakdance & Hip Hop – Urban Art Collection

The hip-hop cultural center COMBO at Haid-und-Neu-Straße 165 in the Hagsfeld district was founded in April 2005 by the mobile youth work of the city of Karlsruhe together with the FARBSCHALL association aka TEAM COMBO. Since then, the place has been a focal point for graffiti, hip hop and breakdancing and hosts a constantly changing outdoor gallery with awesome urban art. The basic idea is to give young people the opportunity to develop their creativity and this also includes passing on knowledge to future generations. Each one teach one!

GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Schöneberg – Natur Park Südgelände – Priesterweg Gallery

The park area “Südgelände” functioned as a locomotive and shunting station about 200 years ago, and much on the site still reminds of that time. There are many rails overgrown by bushes and trees, old sheds and engine halls that have been restored and function as cultural sites, restaurants or art workshops now. The park operator has approved the location on the railway line as a spray point. Check out the great artworks!

GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Hellersdorf – Marktplatzcenter – Kunsttage – Urban Art Exhibition

From October 16th till November 11th in 2023, the great urban art exhibition KUNSTTAGE took place in the Marktplatzcenter in Berlin’s Hellersdorf district. “Kunsttage” means “Art Days” in English. The event was organized by STEREOHEAT and SKENAR 73 together with the art agency FRAMELESS STUDIO. The location is a mall with many different stores, but there are currently a lot of empty spaces. For this project numerous artists have painted fantastic colorful pieces on the walls.

GERMANY: Oh!chestra Concert – Corona Sinfonie Nr 1 – The OhOhOhs feat. Omnia, Frieder Gottwald & Maja Bader

The musician duo Florian Wäldele and Florian Dreßler aka „The OhOhOhs“ are known for technoid live music played analog on piano and drums. A few years ago, the two also started an interesting project for modern reinterpretations of classical music and „The Oh!Chestra“ was born. The next great concert will take place on November 25th in Frankfurt’s Katharinenkirche with the Oh!chestra and 20 other professional musicians. GERMANY: Urban Art Berlin – Moabit – Am Poststadion – 50 Years Hip Hop Jam – 21ER GALLERY

From 27th till 29th of October 2023 several fantastic artists painted an awesome collaboration masterpiece at the Poststadion during the “50 Years Hip Hop Jam”. The event was organized by MARE and TOMSTA from the 21ER GALLERY and great graffiti and characters got created on the big main wall and on additional backyard walls in the Berlin district Moabit. Check out the awesome artworks made by around 25 local and international artists.

The fantastic festival MILLERNTOR GALLERY or in short MTG attracts many creative people to the Millerntor Stadium every year through the organization VIVA CON AGUA and its artist collective. Awesome graffiti jams and art events take place on a regular basis and artist from all around the world paint and work creatively at the stadium area. At the same time, the art projects help people in need globally and provide them with basic necessities such as water.

Biberach an der Riß is a town in northern Upper Swabia with a population of about 34,000 inhabitants. The picturesque region is known for its impressive, historic monasteries, churches and chapels, so Biberach also has an interesting ancient old town. The landmarks of the city are the Ulm Gate, the White Tower or the Gigel Tower. But in the meantime there are also some urban artworks that count as famous landmarks and especially the group JUGEND AKTIV has set up several great projects.

The YAAM or „Young African Art Market“ was founded in 1994 and is run by the non profit organization “KULT – Verein für Jugendkultur e.V.”. The focus is on the Afro-Caribbean culture. The multicultural backgrounds of the contributors  and friends are reflected in the music, sports program and food stalls as well as the art and atmosphere of the premises. It is a social place where the most diverse people have the opportunity to meet, express themselves artistically, work and celebrate together.
