GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Moabit – Union Sports Hall – 21er Gallery Artist Archive

The 21er Gallery‘s spray area includes several close by spots in the Berlin district of Moabit which the collective takes care of. The Union Sport Hall at Siemens Street is one of those creative places and new works are designed there at regular intervals. Projects and festivals take place, such as the annually Anti Racism Jam. GERMANY: Streetart Weißwasser – Graffiti & Urban Art Collection – NEW 3RD EYE MOVEMENT

Weißwasser or Oberlausitz is a large district town in north-eastern Saxony. It lies in the midst of a lignite-rich heathland between the Lusatian Lake District and the German-Polish border. With its rise from a rural village to an industrial town, Weißwasser grew from a population of around 1000 in 1885 to over 38,000 in 1988 and then fell back to 16,000 in 2020. The place is now a small town again, but offers great urban artworks in its streets. Here we have a collection of fantastic graffiti and streetart from Weißwasser. The images were contributed by photographer and artist CORS ONE from the crew N3M aka NEW 3RD EYE MOVEMENT.

POLAND: Streetart Dzierżoniów – Graffiti and Stencil – Urban Art Collection

Dzierżoniów is a mountain town in Poland’s Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the northeastern foothills of the Owl Mountains. The place was created before 1230 and was first mentioned in 1250. Worth seeing are the parish church of St. George, the Augustinian monastery, the historic city wall complex or the imposing town houses on the ring road from the 19th century with creative facade decorations. But not only there, but also on many other walls and buildings around you can also find fantastic modern street art and graffiti.

ARGENTINA: Streetart Map Chascomús – Urban Art Archive and Graffiti Tracker

Chascomús is a city in eastern Argentina on Lake Chascomús in the interior of the province of Buenos Aires. The city dates back to the famous Fortín de San Juan Bautista fortifications from 1779. Photographer Analá Pertusi aka Perts Jam had visited Chascomús several times and documented extensively the fascinating urban art. Nearly 700 great photos came together at 150 spots, enough to make an individual map which is dedicated to Chascomús. Dive into the creative world and when you are around, go exploring yourself!

Sajonia is a neighborhood of Asunción, one of the most traditional in the capital of Paraguay. In the area you can see sumptuous residences from the late 1800s and early 1900s, when it housed many of Asunción’s wealthiest families. Of course there are as well numerous great urban artworks in the streets and especially around the harbour buildings. Sajonia limits with the Paraguay River, and with the Tacumbú and Carlos A. López neighborhoods.

Since many years the two muralists JASMIN GUÉRARD ALIE and SIMON BACHAND are colourfully decorating the streets of Montréal. Together they form the artist duo called ART DU COMMUN and create fantastic artworks often with a special meaning to the neighbourhood and to the history of the place. In their murals the two artists combine in an interersting way history with modern art and urbanism, as well they usually involve other artists. Besides the art stuff, they are connectors and supporters of the communities, they do projects with locals and they make memorial murals to preserve the past for the future.

May the Force be with you! STAR WARS is without a doubt one of the greatest space epics of all time. The old films are of course absolute cult, there are also some missteps with the newer ones, but the universe is constantly expanding and the creators behind it keep on writing and inventing diligently new offshoots. The Mandalorian is for sure a super awesome series and the portrait films are also great, not to mention computer games, comics or books, but also urban art! ITALY: Turin Exhibition – Porta Nuova – THE WORLD OF BANKSY – Urban Art Exhibition

After its major success at the Milan Central Station, the awesome exhibition “The World of Banksy – The Immersive Experience” went to Turin’s Porta Nuova and can be visited till 29th of May 2022. The exhibition highlights influential pieces from Banksy and can be perceived as the framework of his career. Art lover and photographer Luigi Savoia visited this fantastic place and documented the critical creative artworks, as well the shown short clips and the documentary movie “The Untold Truth Of Banksy” by Grunge magazine.
