The MUSEO INACABADO DE ARTE URBANO, or MIAU for short, is an extraordinary urban art project in the small village of Fanzara in the province of Castellón. It was launched in 2014 and the name stands for “Unfinished Museum of Urban Art” – unfinished because it is constantly evolving. Unlike traditional museums, the exhibition is open-air, with artists decorating house facades, gates, and walls throughout the village, turning Fanzara itself into a gallery with more than 160 urban artworks by 116 creators from big to small. And every year new works are getting added.
