Tatvan is located at an altitude of 1690 meters on Lake Van in the eastern Turkish province of Bitlis and has around 79,000 inhabitants. The wagons are often decorated with great graffiti that has traveled thousands of kilometers across the countries. A moving graffiti gallery!
