On May 26th 2022, more than 40 urban artists redesigned parts of the North Side Gallery during the FATHER’S DAY JAM. Regardless of origin, socio-economic status and gender, the walls of the North Side Gallery, legalized by the GRAFFITI LOBBY BERLIN, were painted, glued and colourfully decorated together. Additionally the artist OLA from the STADTPIRATEN together with the artist DYSM diligently glued two large paste-up walls. Check out the huge photo gallery from the event!

From 7th till 27th of May 2022 the exhibition ENERGETIC ART 2 took place at the MINIMALISTIX GALLERY in Bülow Street 11 in Berlin. It is the third exhibition at the new wonderful art space in the premises of CENGIZ TATAR‘s allaround shop where the project started with a first vernissage on February 10th, 2022. This third event shows works from the eight artists TALISSA MEHRINGER, HÜLPMAN, ANGELA MARTINEZ, PHISEL, CAROLINE O, MERLIN 007 and RABEA SENFTENBERG.

After its major success at the Milan Central Station, the awesome exhibition „The World of Banksy – The Immersive Experience“ went to Turin’s Porta Nuova and can be visited till 29th of May 2022. The exhibition highlights influential pieces from Banksy and can be perceived as the framework of his career. Art lover and photographer Luigi Savoia visited this fantastic place and documented the critical creative artworks, as well the shown short clips and the documentary movie “The Untold Truth Of Banksy” by Grunge magazine.

Moabit shows flag! With cool music, graffiti and creative standing together against racism and discrimination heaps of artists participated at the „Anti Racism Jam 2022“, which took place from March 25th to 27th around the „Center for Art and Urbanism“ (ZK/U). The event was organized by the 21ER GALLERY and magnificent works of art were created over the three days on the large concept wall and on the facades of the Union Sports Hall. On March 8th, the International Women’s Day, the great EQUAL JAM 2022 took place on the walls of the North Side Gallery. Over 85 local urban artists painted, pinned, glued and sprayed on the subject of equality and designed a huge and unique open-air gallery for Berlin. A “green magic” project conceived and promoted by Graphic Days® with the aim of donating new trees to the Turin area. 60 illustrators, Italian and foreign, have joined “Abracadabra” by offering their works. You can buy your illustration, or make a donation: the proceeds will be donated to the “Give a tree” initiative of the City of Turin. Therefore the great artworks were presented from September 2021 till January 2022 at the Museo Egizio.

As the name suggests, the MINIMALISTIX GALLERY & COFFEE run by owner CENGIZ TATAR offers creative art and tasty coffee, but also everyday useful things. This new wonderful free mind space opened its doors on 10th of February 2022 with a great starting event in Bülow Street 11 in the Berlin district Schöneberg. Till 26th of February the gallery is open from 7 till 9 pm and the exhibition organized by GOMEZ and PETRA BRANKE aka MERLIN 007 will end on Saturday with a finissage. The other artists involved were JPS, PZY, MR SASA, BUBBLES, CASE, HOMBRE LOPEZ, FEFE, IMED ART, ANDRÉ KROMMER and HARALD HASSI.

The jam series „Das Dreckige Dutzend“ or in English “The Dirty Dozen” is a regular graffiti and hip hop event which the artist Niclas Hatwig aka AMBER brought to life in 2017. As the title suggests, initially 12 participants were planned to design a bridge wall near Frankfurt’s Westbahnhof, but meanwhile more than 50 sprayers are involved in these spectacles. Once or twice a year, large walls are redesigned in collaboration and the jam is accompanied by hip hop acts, breakdance and DJ music. Check out the huge archive from the the last events!

Time for a Graffiti Battle with a creepy Halloween theme! On October 31st an Urban Art Championship took place at the North Side Gallery in Berlin. The event was organized by Graffiti Battle TV with great support from Loop Colors, Graffiti Lobby Berlin, Emily Strange and the shop Graffiti Box. Bee Low and History of Berlin also provided support. Fantastic works of art were created on the walls in the park at the Nordbahnhof, matching the date with styles of Halloween. This event served as a preliminary decision for the Berlin contribution to the International Graffiti Battle 2022. DEJOE was awarded 1st place, followed by TWICK in 2nd place and SKIM in 3rd place. Altogether 20 artists participated at the event.
