Father’s Day Jam – 26th May 2022
On May 26th 2022, more than 40 urban artists redesigned parts of the North Side Gallery during the FATHER’S DAY JAM. Regardless of origin, socio-economic status and gender, the walls of the North Side Gallery, legalized by the GRAFFITI LOBBY BERLIN, were painted, glued and colourfully decorated together. Art enthusiasts were cordially invited to watch the creation of the new works and to enjoy nature in the park at Nordbahnhof.
The larger graffiti works were created on the West Side of the area. In addition, a colorful paste up and sticker wall was created again on the East Side. The artist OLA from the STADTPIRATEN together with the artist DYSM diligently glued two large paste-up walls to the east part of the North Side Gallery. Solidary pasteup means not only putting your own work of art on the wall, but also gluing works by different artists to a large surface as an art collage. The result is impressive.
