ITALY: Streetart Turin – Pozzo Strada – Via Chambéry – La Climatica Graffiti Hall

In Turin’s Pozzo Strada district, there’s a large graffiti wall that has hosted numerous jams and spray painting events. It’s located on the south side at the eastern start of Via Chambéry and countless works adorn the facades of industrial buildings. The area encompasses lower and higher walls up to a tall warehouse, where large-scale works are also get created. From smaller graffiti pieces to enormous near-murals and incredible concept walls, you’ll find fantastic works by local artists. Several MURARTE events have also taken place here.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Via Quittengo – Variante Bunker – Vanchiglia Railway Yard

The Bunker in Via Quittengo 41 in Turin is a metropolitan cultural center next to the great urban void of the former Vanchiglia railway yard. On the side there is an air-raid shelter for the workers of the airport during the Second World War, a bunker with a capacity of 130 seats. Since 2013, this formerly abandoned space has become a creative project and a living place for the enjoyment of urban culture on around 25,000 square meters. Besides the numerous projects and events, there is also a lot of urban art to admire around the property.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Rigola – San Paolo Street Jam – Graffiti Spray Space

Opposite the church “L’Oratorio San Paolo Apostolo” in Turin there is a soccer field and basketball court surrounded by a long wall. Great graffiti gets often created there, and colorful events are held. In 2019 the artists KARIM and ZULI from the cultural association LARGE MOTIVE, in collaboration with the TORINO 27 scout group and L’Oratorio San Paolo Apostolo, organized the fantastic SAN PAOLO STREET JAM, where amazing works were created. In addition, workshops were offered, there was breakdancing, rap battles, a scout lab, a dance exhibition and live DJ music.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – San Salvario – Corso Bramante Graffiti Paradise – Highway Walls & Train Tracks

Corso Bramante is a wide, busy road that runs through Turin from the river Po in the east to Corso Unione Sovietica in the west. In the San Salvario district, at the height of Parco Muratori, the street complex runs over a large bridge over many railway lines. There is a long slope with large concrete walls on both sides, and the underpass of Via Zino Zini to the west and the underpass of Via Bartolomeo Bona to the east till its end and then the graffiti walls continue along the train track walls. The entire area is a spray oasis and full of grandiose works. Also in 2021 the great MURARTE jam took place around those walls and on several occasions WE LOVE ENAK spray sessions.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Mirafiori – Via Giacomo Dina – MurArte Graffiti Wall – Urban Jam

On the weekend of May 8th and 9th in 2021, the great URBAN JAM took place in Turin with three spray locations, 30 artists and 200 meters of running wall painted with bright colors and in a wide variety of styles. One location was Via Giacomo Dina, a second one was the large Hall of Fame at Parco Dora and another spot was at Corso Regina, where a special „Abstract vs Lettering“ action took place. The event was organized as a MURARTE project by the two art collectives IL CERCHIO E LE GOCCE and MONKEYS EVOLUTION with the support of the cultural association OFF TOPIC.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Borgo San Paolo – Parco Braccini – Spalato Graffiti Space – Hall of Fame

In Borgo San Paolo on the north-eastern side of Parco Braccini and along the two streets Via Gabriele D’Annunzio and Via Spalato, they pass directly along the park, there is a fantastic urban art paradise and graffiti hall of fame. On either side of both streets are long concrete walls, which are filled with cool pieces. An awesome spray space area, and it’s quite huge! Great events and jams have already taken place here, such as the various reunions of the TOTS CREW or the tribute memorial jam WE LOVE ENAK.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Barriera di Milano – NAPE Memorandum Wall – MurArte Closing Party

In October 2018 various graffiti artists from around the city came together to create a great collaboration tribute wall for the legendary sprayer NAPE, who died in 2018. The event with dedicated memorandum artworks took place as a MURARTE CLOSING PARTY and was organized by the creative collectives IL CERCHIO E LE GOCCE and MONKEYS EVOLUTION. The graffiti artist PIERO SPADAROTTO aka NAPE lived from 4th August 1980 to 6th September 2018 and was one of the most important graffiti writers from Italy.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Corso Romania – Stazione di Torino Stura – Mistura Jam – MONKEYS EVOLUTION

The Torino Stura Railway Station, or in Italian Stazione di Torino Stura, is located on the Corso Romania and besides the public transportation it is also a fantastic urban art gallery. Especially in 2015, on the weekends of 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th July, the MONKEYS EVOLUTION collective organized the great graffiti jam MISTURA, where 60 artists from all over Italy plus foreign visitors covered the area of the railroad station with fantastic works of art.

ITALY: Turin Exhibition – Porta Nuova – THE WORLD OF BANKSY – Urban Art Exhibition

After its major success at the Milan Central Station, the awesome exhibition „The World of Banksy – The Immersive Experience“ went to Turin’s Porta Nuova and can be visited till 29th of May 2022. The exhibition highlights influential pieces from Banksy and can be perceived as the framework of his career. Art lover and photographer Luigi Savoia visited this fantastic place and documented the critical creative artworks, as well the shown short clips and the documentary movie “The Untold Truth Of Banksy” by Grunge magazine.

ITALY: Streetart Turin – Museo Egizio – 60 Graphic Days Artists at the Exhibition ABRACADABRA

A “green magic” project conceived and promoted by Graphic Days® with the aim of donating new trees to the Turin area. 60 illustrators, Italian and foreign, have joined “Abracadabra” by offering their works. You can buy your illustration, or make a donation: the proceeds will be donated to the “Give a tree” initiative of the City of Turin. Therefore the great artworks were presented from September 2021 till January 2022 at the Museo Egizio.
