The artist ALANDER ESPECIE is a sculptor, designer and installation creator whose practice of intensive work is based on traditional weaving and macramé with curiousity about how the search for ancestry and his own path intertwine. Born in Brazil and after having an art period with his design art, he moved to Isreal where he discovered abstract painting. A multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural artist. The first international urban art festival DeInstinto brought more than 50 local, national and international muralists and graffiti artists to Mar de Plata. The mission was to beautify the abandoned organic railway line between Guido and Funes. This area from the streets Castelli to Almirante Brown got transformed into an amazing and free open air urban art gallery spanning several blocks.

At the end of 2022, the long term urban art festival called “Paseo Festival San Fernando” a.k.a. PAF started to color up the city, promoted by the district municipality of Buenos Aires and organized by the prestigious artist SEBA CENER. The UNCTAD III complex, including the 23 story tower, was built to host the UN conference on trade and development, held in April 1972 in Santiago, Chile. Once the conference was over, the architectural complex was used, as it was originally conceived, as a cultural center open to the people and called „Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral“ or in short GAM. In 2007 a group of local skaters started a movement to have their own space to practice their passion. They presented a project to the local municipality, and in 2011, a mega skate park was inaugurated in the Mataderos neighborhood of Buenos Aires! The design was created by specialized architects, and the construction was supervised by the Argentine Skateboarding Association. Besides the sports fun there are numerous fantastic graffiti and urban artworks around the area.

In the Cuenca district of Sucre you can find a great spray wall at the street Fray Vicente Solano which is covered all over with beautiful urban artworks. New colorful creations emerging at regular intervals, but a special event was the first edition of the graffiti jam JAKE MATE organized by the ZOOSTYLE CREW with many participating local and international artists.

Bogotá is the capital of Colombia and has about 7.2 million inhabitants.
