CANADA: Streetart Montréal – Colourful Art Duo – JASMIN GUÉRARD ALIE & SIMON BACHAND – ART DU COMMUN

Since many years the two muralists JASMIN GUÉRARD ALIE and SIMON BACHAND are colourfully decorating the streets of Montréal. Together they form the artist duo called ART DU COMMUN and create fantastic artworks often with a special meaning to the neighbourhood and to the history of the place. In their murals the two artists combine in an interersting way history with modern art and urbanism, as well they usually involve other artists. Besides the art stuff, they are connectors and supporters of the communities, they do projects with locals and they make memorial murals to preserve the past for the future.

VENEZUELA: Mérida – Historic architecture and street life in Santiago de los Caballeros de Mérida

Mérida or with its Spanish full name „Santiago de los Caballeros de Mérida“, is the capital and commercial center of the state of Mérida with 317,410 inhabitants counted in 2013. The city is as well the tourist and university center of the Venezuelan West and located in the begining of the higher levels of the Andes. There are heaps of canyons, little creeks and the mountain landscape offers numerous outdoor activities of all kind.

GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Collection – STAR WARS – May the Force be with you!

May the Force be with you! STAR WARS is without a doubt one of the greatest space epics of all time. The old films are of course absolute cult, there are also some missteps with the newer ones, but the universe is constantly expanding and the creators behind it keep on writing and inventing diligently new offshoots. The Mandalorian is for sure a super awesome series and the portrait films are also great, not to mention computer games, comics or books, but also urban art! Here is a collection of STAR WARS themed graffiti and street art from Berlin from the previous years.

ITALY: Turin Exhibition – Porta Nuova – THE WORLD OF BANKSY – Urban Art Exhibition

After its major success at the Milan Central Station, the awesome exhibition „The World of Banksy – The Immersive Experience“ went to Turin’s Porta Nuova and can be visited till 29th of May 2022. The exhibition highlights influential pieces from Banksy and can be perceived as the framework of his career. Art lover and photographer Luigi Savoia visited this fantastic place and documented the critical creative artworks, as well the shown short clips and the documentary movie “The Untold Truth Of Banksy” by Grunge magazine.

GERMANY: Urban Art Berlin – Minimalistix Gallery – Exhibition – ENERGETIC ART – 9.4.22 till 30.4.22

From 9th till 30th of April 2022 the exhibition ENERGETIC ART takes place at the MINIMALISTIX GALLERY in Bülow Street 11. It is the second exhibition at the new wonderful art space in the premises of CENGIZ TATAR‘s allaround shop where the project started with an first vernissage on February 10th, 2022. This second event shows works from the ten artists BLUE THINGS, CAROLINE O, CREN, FAWN, INDIEM, JPS, PZY, MERLIN 007, RABEA SENFTENBERG and WORLD COW. MEXICO: Streetart Isla Holbox – Magnificent Island Graffiti and Open Air Portraits

The island Holbox is located on the north coast of the Yucatán peninsula in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. The area was once populated by the Maya, who also gave the island its name in their language. Holbox means „black hole“ and it´s called this way because of the dark water caused by mangroves in the lagoon Yalahao. Here we have a photo collection about the amazing graffiti and streetart on the island Holbox.

GERMANY: Masterpiece Collection – 21er GALLERY – ANTI RACISM JAM 2022

Moabit shows flag! With cool music, graffiti and creative standing together against racism and discrimination heaps of artists participated at the „Anti Racism Jam 2022“, which took place from March 25th to 27th around the „Center for Art and Urbanism“ (ZK/U). The event was organized by the 21ER GALLERY and magnificent works of art were created over the three days on the large concept wall and on the facades of the Union Sports Hall.  Check out the huge collection with the fantastic graffiti artworks!

CHILE: Beautiful Araucanían Flora and Fauna – The Nahuelbuta National Park

Nahuelbuta is a word from Mapudungun that means Great Puma. Mapudungun is the language of the Mapuches, the inhabitants who lived in this region before the arrival of the Spanish in mid-16th century. The park that is only 37 km from the city of Angol, was created in 1939, and comprises a section of the Nahuelbuta Range, which in turn is part of Chile’s Coastal Mountain Range.

USA: Streetart Asheville – North-Carolina – Graffiti and Urban Art Collection

Mighty Murals, creative characters and wildstyle graffiti. Here we have a photo gallery with awesome urban artworks from the city of Asheville in North Carolina.  The city is home to a large number of creative artists, so obviously the streets are full of stunning colorful works. From large murals and well-designed graffiti to smaller sketches, every kind of urban art is provided. The great images were taken by photographer and creative painter Charles Samuel Wait especially in the River Arts District, which is a hot spot for urban art, galleries and museums.
