Prohodna is a karst cave in north-central Bulgaria, located in the Iskar Gorge near the village of Karlukovo in the Lowetsch province. The cave is known for the two eye-like holes in its ceiling, known as God’s eyes. Several stone statues have been placed at the entrance and around the cave area, which, in addition to the cave itself as a natural wonder, are a beautiful addition as creative works of human hands. They are thematically nature-related works with motifs of gnomes, animals or plants. The place really has something magical and is definitely worth a visit.
