GERMANY: Streetart Hannover - Calenberger Neustadt - GLOCKE FESTIVAL - Urban Art Jam

Glocke Festival – formerly Urban Nature Festival – 7th till 10th May 2026

The organizers of the GLOCKE FESTIVAL about the event: „A new name, a new location! After seven years of URBAN NATURE and a one-year hiatus, we are changing both the name and the location of our festival. Instead of holding URBAN NATURE at the IHME HALL as in previous years, starting this year we will launch the “Glocke Festival” at the Glocksee Hall of Fame. We also want to do more than just move our festival closer to the Independent Youth and Cultural Centers. We also want to deepen our cooperation with these centers, in line with our philosophy. That’s why we’re very excited to be hosting this year’s festival together with the UJZ Glocksee. Simply because “Glocksee” as one of the first Halls of Fame, is an important location for graffiti in Hannover. Additionally, starting now, we’ll be able to have the BBS sports hall directly across the street painted by selected artists once a year. From now on, we’ll be able to paint new surfaces directly adjacent to the Glocksee Hall of Fame once a year. These surfaces are not legal outside of our event! – Glocke Festival

During the event organized by the GRAFFITINETZ HANNOVER in collaboration with the JUGENDZENTRUM GLOCKSEE and INDIEGO GLOCKSEE, graffiti was created at various locations in the immediate vicinity. These included the Glocksee Hall of Fame, the building at Glocksee 33 divided into East Wall and South Wall, two walls of the BBS6 complex at Glocksee Street divided into the North Wall, and the Middle Wall. On this page, you’ll find all the artists and their works listed in chronological order; at the end, there’s an overview of the complete walls with making of photos. You’ll also find links to the location pages for each site, where you can view additional photos specifically of those locations as well as images from the time before the event.

The festival featured a diverse supporting program, including a reading by MURAT GÜNGÖR & HANNES LOH, the film screening of „Pixadores“ by ROTZFRECH CINEMA at Koki, a tattoo corner by BEXY SABE, various workshops and a style contest. The musical line up of DJs and musicians included DAENSKI, DUBEM, LEOH!, LUCI GUAVA, MATTIS, REMIX ALMANYA and VASIL. A big thank you goes to Montana for sponsoring the cans and to Junge Kultur for supporting the event.
