The youth center Camp Vahrenheide is an open community center for young people aged 12 to 27. It offers a wide range of recreational, sports, creative, and media-related activities in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Visitors can participate in sports, fitness programs, cooking activities, creative workshops, and social events, while also enjoying facilities such as billiards, table tennis, and gaming consoles.
The center regularly organizes trips, projects, and events that encourage young people to get involved, develop new skills, and actively shape their community. Its main goal is to support personal development, social interaction, and youth participation. It’s also a real hotspot for amazing graffiti and urban art. The exterior walls of the youth center are a riot of color, covered with all kinds of letters and characters. New ones are added from time to time, and old ones are painted over.
