GERMANY: Streetart Berlin – Haus Schwarzenberg – LAKE

Otto Weidt owned a workshop in Berlin that employed blind and deaf people. During the Nazi era and the Holocaust, he fought to protect his Jewish workers from deportation to the concentration camps. The Otto Weidt Museum for the Blind and Deaf is dedicated to his life. The famous portrait of Anne Frank and the Anne Frank Center are located near the Otto Weidt Museum.
