On March 5th, 8th and 9th on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the great EQUAL JAM 2023 took place on the walls of the North Side Gallery with its second edition. More than 70 local urban artists painted, pinned, glued and sprayed on the subject of equality and created a huge and unique open-air gallery for Berlin on more than 1200 m².
The event was organized by EMILY STRANGE with her project LIEBE ZUR KUNST and MOE 79 from the URBAN ART HALL. Big thanks to BETTERRUN, LOOP COLORS GERMANY and DEMOKRATIE IN DER MITTE for the support and to the GRAFFITI LOBBY, which after years was able to legalize the walls from the city for supervised painting campaigns.
This time, of course, the Paste Up wall was redesigned again and unfolded its own small and colorful cosmos. The wall was designed and pasted by MISS GLUENIVERSE, STICKERMAID, TEXTILE STREET ART, DYSM, ANKER, ILLCHMANN and ULTRAMARINEDREAM with their own creations and the works of countless other artists.
