This appears to be a legal hall along the passageway from the Edeka supermarket to the river Geeste. Some of the pieces can only have been created legally or with connivance, as they are very elaborately designed. Others are probably illegal and crossed with throw ups from toys. An interesting mix of high-quality kings and crap from beginners who might become kings one day if they keep on practicing and evolving.
