Just a few words about this here, because it’s simply cool and that’s „street art“ at its best. It’s not graffiti, it’s not writing or anything like that, but it is an artistic transformation of the environment. Of course, you can paint an entire wall, or you can add something to the existing wall in a clever way. This picture shown here is a fantastic example. The artist has basically just put two little eyes over the post office sign. Nothing more. But it changes the whole picture, and suddenly the sign with the dog underneath seems funny, suddenly the composition and arrangement seems funny, how can that be? With just two little eyes? It should also be mentioned that there are of course different ways of painting eyes and these were created in a comic-like way to suit the location. But the point is that in terms of surface area, there are only two small dots. Nevertheless, they change the whole picture and our perception. It’s not just about this picture, but it should also encourage us to think about what we actually see and perceive and how. And what even small changes could perhaps bring. Sometimes even little dots can change everything.
