Save Soil – Erdentanz – Soildance
On March 25th in 2022 a solidarity campaign for CONSCIOUS PLANET‘s “Save Soil” project took place at Mauerpark. The initiator and founder of the movement, SADHGURU, came to visit and added a red arrow and his signature to the grandiose works made by the artists BENEDIKT GROHMANN, who did the part with the eagle and NATUR, who made the heart-tree.
The artist BENEDIKT GROHMANN about the mural: “To support the Save Soil project initiated by Sadhguru, we were asked to paint murals on the theme: Conscious Planet. My idea was to depict the earth with its different frequencies and layers of earth, from which life then arises. So a choice of brown and green tones was obvious.
The basis of the picture is the brown waves. These represent the different earth frequencies, of course the earth with its layers and are also reminiscent of the DNA helix, which also forms the basis of life. These arise from the eye, which is supposed to represent pure consciousness, which then unfolds and manifests itself in a thousand ways in space and time.
The height of the waves and frequencies also plays a role. So you can see, creatively caused by the eagle, how the waves sink and on the lower vibrations no more life arises and a desert spreads out. On the higher waves, in contrast, life can be seen sprouting and thriving in the form of plants.
The picture is to be understood as a section of the earth. Roots spread under the waves and small animals and microorganisms indicated in the form of orange lines and dots ensure a healthy and lively soil. Heaven is all over it. This has become a bit massive and is also reminiscent of a cloud.
The lines can be interpreted differently as air currents, which represent another form of consciousness and are also essential for the healthy functioning of the earth to distribute water and sun over the planet.” – BENEDIKT GROHMANN
