„Kleiner Könich“ – „Little King“
In 1997 the artist FRANK BÜRMANN gave his parents this colorful mural, titled “Kleiner Könich”, or in Englisch „Little King“, as a gift for their silver wedding anniversary; he painted it on the wall of his parents’ house. The artist rounded up about 20 friends and started painting right away, without any preliminary sketch. Amid the wild jumble on the colorful house facade, several of the artist’s well-known motifs can be recognized, including the coffee cup, the cow, and, of course, the little king. – Hildesheim Tourismus
