CYPRUS: Experimental Music in different styles – Fantastic Creative Mastermind – THE PROFESSOR

Today let’s dive into the musical world and we present you a terrific creator of sounds. This artist is a true professional in his acoustic style and therefore he is named THE PROFESSOR. We met the versatile DJ at an event in Cyprus and were able to witness an awesome and motivating party he created with his music show. Recently his first album “Disartster” was released, he is organizer of the “Electric Circus” and resident at “Lost + Found”, “Palaia Pineza” and “Notes and Spirit”. SOUTH AFRICA: Streetart Johannesburg – Maboneng Creative District – Urban Art Collection

The fantastic festival MILLERNTOR GALLERY or in short MTG attracts many creative people to the Millerntor Stadium every year through the organization VIVA CON AGUA and its artist collective. Awesome graffiti jams and art events take place on a regular basis and artist from all around the world paint and work creatively at the stadium area. At the same time, the art projects help people in need globally and provide them with basic necessities such as water.

SPAIN: Graffiti Barcelona – Passeig de Josep Carner – Drassanes Legal Wall – Urban Art Collection

The “Drassanes Reials de Barcelona” are the former royal shipyards of the Middle Ages. Now there is a historical maritime museum for the history enthusiasts and for the urban art fans the place has something great to offer as well. At Passeig de Josep Carner there is a legal graffiti wall called “Drassanes Wall” where new colorful works are getting created nearly every day. Check out the great pieces!

SWEDEN: Urban Art Trollhättan – 100th City Anniversary and Streetart Festival

Trollhättan is a town with 59.000 inhabitants and is located in the western Swedish province of Västra Götalands. Worth seeing are the neo-Gothic church, the historic canal or the stone box of Sjökullen. Sweden’s third largest gold treasure was found here during archaeological excavations, but the city’s real gems are on the house walls in the form of urban art. Several murals were created especially during the TROLLHÄTTAN STREETART FESTIVAL, which was held on the occasion of the city’s 100th anniversary in 2016.

SWEDEN: Trollhättan – Sculptures, Statues and Monuments – Artworks Collection

The city of Trollhättan has a number of great murals and street art, but urban art also includes creative objects and sculptures, of which there are plenty of very interesting ones throughout the city. The first public artwork by AXEL EMIL EBBE was inaugurated on 23rd June 1936, many more should follow. Especially the installations from CARL-HARRY STÅLHANE became popular landmarks.

CHILE: Streetart Santiago – Barrio Lastarria – GAM Complex – Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral

The UNCTAD III complex, including the 23 story tower, was built to host the UN conference on trade and development, held in April 1972 in Santiago, Chile. Once the conference was over, the architectural complex was used, as it was originally conceived, as a cultural center open to the people and called “Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral” or in short GAM.
