In the Westliches Ringgebiet district at the Westbahnhofstrasse below the bridge of Münchenstrasse and the surrounding walls, there is a fantastic Hall of Fame in a class of its own. The hall consists of two opposing bridge plinths with smooth formwork concrete and an approx. 100 m long unplastered wall as an extension of one of the plinths. The area under the bridge was developed by the city as a small event location with tiered seating platforms for watching and lingering, as well a bicycle path crosses the middle. The quality of the pieces is usually above average. The spot often surprises with unconventional styles in fresh colors in masterly execution and is certainly – next to the Ihme Hall and Glocksee Hall in Hannover – one of the best in Lower Saxony, but is topped by the Hall at the Skatepark, which is only a few minutes‘ walk away! The hall can be reached by streetcar line 5 from Braunschweig main station in around 20 minutes and a further 3 minutes on foot from the „Am Jödebrunnen“ station. ON THE WALL – Graffiti Jam – 9th August 2025
On August 9th in 2025, the fantastic graffiti jam ON THE WALL took place again at two locations in Braunschweig. In addition to the Westbahnhof Hall, urban artworks were also created at the Skate Park Hall. The event kicked off with a warm-up party on August 8th, followed by the annual „Most Valuable B-Girl/B-Boy Breaking Competition“ hosted by BEATS AUS’M KIEZ on the main day. The graffiti part was organized by the DEF STYLE ROCKERS and KEAS with other members of the G2G CREW aka GO2GUYS and the support of the youth center JUZ MÜHLE.
