Here you can see the view from the Halde Deusenberg (slag heap), which is 112 meters above sea level, towards the southeast over Dortmund. In the foreground are the digestion towers of the Deusen sewage treatment plant. Above them and across the harbor is the Florianturm tower, approximately 7 km away as the crow flies, as well as the famous Dortmunder U and Telekom buildings. The high-rise buildings 12 km away on the left are the IWO scyscraper, the RWE Tower, and the Schwerte TV tower. A beautiful mural can also be seen on the left in the foreground. On the Halde Deusenberg is also a bike trail on the slag heap, which is very popular with mountain bikers and BMX riders, who regularly hold races and perform tricks there. – Irxnschmoiz
