A wonderful ragbag for alternative travelers and fans of creativity, especially urban art. On this platform you can find interesting reportages, detailed country or city maps and coverages on awesome artists. There is a whole section about interviews with unique people and their amazing work, as well about crazy events and interesting sustaining projects from all around the world. Meanwhile we have more than 280.000 photos from 100 countries in our archive and we try to preserve some of this creativity with our documentation. All respect to the artists! As well to all the numerous people involved in this non profit project. We do this voluntarily because we love it and we want to support the art scene in general and socio-cultural understanding between us on this planet. If you find any mistakes or missing information, just send us a message. We are creating, building and changing on this website all the time – but – of course! South Korea / StreetartNorth of Hongik University, a small, inconspicuous alley leads eastward from the main street Wausan-ro into Wausan-ro 24-gil. Looking down the rather narrow street, you would think it enters to a residential area and would hardly guess that there is a beautiful open-air urban art gallery here with almost 30 magnificent murals. In 2012 and 2013, more than 70 students created fantastic works here as part of a streetart project. Check out the great artworks!

Laos / StreetartVientiane is the capital of Laos, lies on the Mekong River and has a population of approximately 1.1 million. Founded in the 13th century, the city developed into an important commercial and administrative center under the Lan Xang Kingdom. Today, Vientiane is known for its Buddhist temples, such as Pha That Luang, which is considered a national symbol, as well as for its colonial architecture and Laotian tradition. Of course, you’ll also find urban art in the streets, especially in the neighborhoods around the Mekong and near the universities.

Events / Germany / StreetartFrom September 13th to September 15th in 2024, the great BÜLOW STREET FESTIVAL took place along Bülowstrasse and around the URBAN NATION headquarters and museum. The entire façade was redesigned with fresh colors by the New York artist LADY PINK, and guests could also admire a colorful and extensive exhibition with “floating murals” on temporarily installed walls. An extensive and diverse program was offered over three days with creative participation activities, music on stage and culinary delicacies at food stalls. Malta / StreetartMalta was initially a disappointment when it comes to street art. Everywhere only the color ochre and ochre and again ochre on these strange conservative stones. But in between, and often half-hidden, there are still small oases of urban art. Some of these creative spaces have been generated by the fantastic crew of ADD MORE COLORS during the few utterly legendary MALTA STREETART FESTIVALS, while another important spot is certainly the colorful and famouse MSIDA SKATE PARK, of which the MSA MALTA SKATEBOARD ASSOCIATION is taking care of. But we found even more super awesome and also less awesome stuff. Especially the great local artists COOKER, JUSTINK’S AND MURALS or TWITCH should be mentioned here. They are talented productive and heartful busy all over the island by bringing diversity on this rock. Or let´s say multiple rocks. There are some more islands. Germany / StreetartThe FABRIK 23 is a former factory over 100 years old, hidden in a typical Berlin backyard, an authentic, not „over-renovated“ industrial ambience that cannot even be found in this form in the city. When the factory building with an area size of 16.500 qm was bought some years ago by a billionaire from New York who was interested in art, it was partly empty. Meanwhile, the factory has turned into a place that was even featured in the New York Times. A place where businesses, craftsmen, artists and creative companies find a home. Germany / StreetartThe N*DORPHINCLUB in Chemnitz was a project by Human Traffic e.V. to promote, strengthen and freely develop youth and subculture and also served as a youth and cultural center. Fantastic acts, especially from the drum & bass scene, but also from the electronic music genre in general, performed here and gave great sets at legendary parties. After bankruptcy in 2011 the half-ruined lost place has now developed into a small urbex oasis, filled with graffiti and urban works of art.

Atelier / Design / Events / Painter / South KoreaThe Chosun University Museum of Art, or CUMA for short, is part of Chosun University in the city of Gwangju and exhibitions of fantastic works by current art students and graduates are regularly presented here, including works through all disciplines, from paintings and installations to sculptures, textiles, films and animations. It serves as a cultural space and window to the public, giving interested visitors an insight into the work at the art academy and the artistic identity of the students. From May 14th to 30th in 2025, the best works of the current semester were shown as part of the exhibition „Expanding the Gaze – The Reimagined Campus“.

Canada / Events / StreetartThe adventure of the Canettes de Ruelle began in 2017 in an alley in the Montreal neighbourhood of Rosemont where a special street artist lived a few years ago. It started with a little artistic jam with a few friends and a few beers. Since then, the event has continued to grow and mature. It is helt at an alley south of Masson Street between 6e and 9e Avenue in Rosemont-La Petite Patrie borough. Indeed, the alley in question is in the Vieux-Rosemont part of the district. Australia / StreetartFremantle is a port city about 19 km southwest of Perth with around 30.000 residents. Founded in 1829 as part of the Swan River Colony, it quickly became Western Australia’s main port. The city is strongly defined by well-preserved colonial-era architecture. Key landmarks include the Round House, the oldest surviving building in Western Australia, the Fremantle Markets, the Fremantle Arts Centre, as well as the harbor and the historic West End district. At the same time, Fremantle is known as a creative hub with a vibrant streetart scene and great events such as the FREMANTLE BIENNALE and the FREMANTLE STREET ARTS FESTIVAL, which promote urban art in public spaces.

Britain / Ireland / StreetartHere we have a great collection of urban artworks in the city of Derry or also called Londonderry. The place is close to the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland, which means riots are common. Sometimes it is more calm, sometimes more aggressive. The situation is not nearly solved and there is much tension since ages. You can find a lot of the context of the situation filled into the artworks. Awesome artists are around and try to make the walls more colorful, but as well they put in messages.

Czechia / StreetartThe „Jízdárny Savarin“ or „Savarin Equestrian Centre“ is a former riding school from the mid-18th century, which now offers a space for concerts, exhibitions, performances and site-specific installations organized by the alternative opera and flashmob collective RUN OPERUN. There are several walls full of graffiti and urban art on the surrounding V Cípu street. It is a small hidden hot spot and new works can be found here regularly.

Events / Streetart / VietnamThe first ever street art and graffiti festival in Dà Nang, Vietnam, the NAM JAM is a celebration of creativity and community. The event, organized by local gallery and art collective NOT POP, transformed the village of Ngu Hanh Son in Đà Nang City early this year in spectacular style. In March 2023, the city hosted hot local and international street art talents with a variety of events, including live paintings, a skate jam, a gallery show and a well timed coincidental hip hop dance jam as part of the RF JAM a.k.a. Israel / StreetartRa?anana is a city in central Israel with approximately 83.000 inhabitants, located between Kfar Saba to the east and Herzlia to the southwest. The municipality was founded on 2nd April in 1922, and recently celebrated its centenary in 2022. Recommended places to visit include Ra’anana Park with its various art installations, as well as the Gan Gamla, Uri Gordon, and Hapamonim gardens. Spain / StreetartValencia is simply a super cool city on the east coast of Spain. Relaxed atmosphere, interesting culture and modern dynamics. You’ll find historic monuments and also futuristic places like the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, there are funky underground clubs, you can eat super delicious food and of course there is urban art in every alley. Ghana / SocialThis facility for mental and physical disabled children was founded next to the village Gbi Kledzo near Hohoe in the Volta Region to provide an andequate education, health and day care for children with disabilities in this region. North Macedonia / StreetartIn the Karpoš district of Skopje, at Volgogradska 7, you can do two fantastic things at once. Here you’ll find the amazing burger place SENDVICARA RENDE, or simply RENDE. They serve excellent burgers and are highly recommended for a food break. The place is also covered in graffiti, both along the row of shops and around the building. Especially the artists DRASH and RASK have left their mark, as their studios are located nearby in the neighbourhood. Check out the great artworks and have a burger stop when you are around.

Poland / StreetartUsing the bicycle path over the Vistula River in Warsaw, leading along the access roads to the Siekierkowski Bridge, or running to the bus or tram on the left-hand side of the Poniatowski Bridge, you can encounter fascinating images created by great artist ANDY BLACK. Pictures that cannot be ignored, full of emotions that everyone can read differently. Sometimes it is anger, sometimes fear or surprise. Or maybe you will see a smile there?
