Divertissement Marino – Marine Divertissement
For years the writer ENCS, with his unmistakable style, has been painting walls populating them with eccentric characters; his unique puppets skillfully juggle in unusual places, as in this work, born from the collaboration with one of the artists of the Howler Monkey Cru. In The Sailor, the protagonist chases a giant squid with the intention of attaching itself to one of its tentacles and ending up immersed in the depths of the sea. The artist’s strong passion for the sea reappears on the wall, bringing with it a specific message: let yourself go, free your instinct and enter unknown dimensions, in unexplored territories. An invitation to discover a new way of living and feeling. The artwork was made in 2017. – MAUA MUSEUM
