Here we have a collection of throw-ups and fast bombings sorted by names, which are located around the Thamel district in western Kathmandu. These aren’t elaborate graffiti pieces or complex writing featuring multiple colors and outlines, but rather simple, quick pieces that are often done overnight. A throw-up is a graffiti painted in a single, continuous stroke without lifting the can. It’s larger and more substantial than a simple tag, but less stylized than a proper graffiti piece. We have a lot of photos, so we’ve divided them into categories.
