A wonderful ragbag for alternative travelers and fans of creativity, especially urban art. On this platform you can find interesting reportages, detailed country or city maps and coverages on awesome artists. There is a whole section about interviews with unique people and their amazing work, as well about crazy events and interesting sustaining projects from all around the world. Meanwhile we have more than 280.000 photos from 100 countries in our archive and we try to preserve some of this creativity with our documentation. All respect to the artists! As well to all the numerous people involved in this non profit project. We do this voluntarily because we love it and we want to support the art scene in general and socio-cultural understanding between us on this planet. If you find any mistakes or missing information, just send us a message. We are creating, building and changing on this website all the time – but – of course! This awesome event started in 2014 and shows regularly great participating artists from Serbia and the whole world. Germany / StreetartA place of history, culture and art. The listed HAUS SCHWARZENBERG at the Hackescher Markt is home to a variety of facilities such as artists’ studios, an art-house cinema, memorials, a bar and galleries. In addition, there are commercial enterprises. In 1995, the “Verein Schwarzenberg” or in English the “Schwarzenberg Association” was founded and has been working since then cost-covering and economically independent, i.e. it receives no subsidies or other support. The association not only manages and rents out the space, but also promotes mainly young and unknown artists through the gallery NEUROTITAN.

Streetart / ThailandWang Burapha Phirom is a so-called “Khwaeng” of the Phra Nakhon district in Bangkok, which means something like neighborhood or sub-district. It is home to the famous Ong Ang Walking Street, the popular night market and the large Khlong Ong Ang shopping center adjacent to Bangkok’s Chinatown. The market and area are located close to a canal and are known for their lively atmosphere, busy stalls and delicious food. But also for the many colorful urban creations.

Spain / StreetartOne of the most impressive and fascinating lost places of Ibiza island is located in the north at Cala d’en Serra. There stands the gigantic ruin of a luxury hotel designed in the 1970s by the famous architect Josep Lluís Sert. Due to political opposition during the Franco era, a lack of building permits, and ultimately the architect’s death, the complex was never completed. What was once intended to be a flagship architectural project is now a legendary abandoned site, filled with graffiti and urban artworks.

Events / Germany / StreetartThe fantastic graffiti jam SUMMA MADNEZZ has been taking place in Bremerhaven since 2010 and brings together local and international artists every year to create a huge wall. Since then every year amazing artworks are sprayed by more than 50 participants under a specific motto. In 2025 from 29th till 31st August it was „Ancient Egypt“. The main spot is the 400-meter-long wall in Oststraße on a former shipbuilding hall at the Fischereihafen quarter. Besides that area this time an additional wall got included behind a supermarket at Georg Seebeck Street 56 as well. Check out the masterpieces!

North Macedonia / StreetartBasically the whole of Skopje is one big graffiti canvas and people just spray paint everywhere. But some works simply require a little more time, especially if they are to be really spectacular. So it’s good that there are also legal areas, and one of these legal spray spaces is located on Vojvoda Vasil Chakalarov in the eastern part of the city, about 300 meters before the road crosses the Vardar River on the way out of town. It is a long concrete wall about 2 meters high, where new works are constantly being created and graffiti spray sessions take place from time to time.

Poland / StreetartWith a population of approximately 320.000, Katowice is the capital of the Silesian Voivodeship and the center of the Upper Silesian metropolitan region. Among its most famous landmarks are the striking Spodek arena, the Silesian Museum, the International Congress Center, and the former mining site that is now a cultural zone. The streets feature numerous large-scale murals depicting the city’s history, famous figures, and local culture. In addition, there is, of course, plenty of graffiti and a wide variety of urban art works.

Austria / Events / StreetartFrom 14th to 16th June 2023 the international graffiti symposium INDIGO took place in Vienna and we were invited to present our Vagabundler project! In the meantime, the videos of the individual presentations are online, including the one of us. In addition, a book will soon be printed with more papers, essays and contributions from the participants, and we will also be part of it. INDIGO is a graffiti centred academic project funded by the Heritage Science Austria programme of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW). Check out the video and the report.

Britain / StreetartThe British Sprayer Keiron Curly Whitehead changes the face of his surroundings and is doing this in several ways, totally open minded with honesty but as well with a radical uncompromising way. CURLY is a member of The Secret Society of Super Villain Artists and his range of creative work is basically graffiti and streetart, but as well canvas, drawing and actually everything you can paint on. His saying: As long as the paint can stick on it, I paint it. The sprayer from Darwen loves to do walls but did also already all kinds of vehicles. Germany / PhotographyWe had the artist Niko Neuwirth in the studio at Radio X as a guest. A talented photographer and busy actor in the Frankfurt scene. Niko is a member of the Syndikat Artists, takes photos for the Landungsbrücken, is a studio neighbor of the Tanzhaus West, is currently rebuilding the Blaue Haus and continuously fills his creative photo series “Frankfurter Nächte“, “FACING EUROPE” and “Analog Frankfurt” with new ones works. Germany / StreetartThe Island of Poel is located in the Wismar Bay in the Baltic Sea near the city of Wismar. In 1997 it became a state-approved resort, and since 2004 the municipality has been known as the Ostseebad. Photographer and streetart hunter Holger Peter paid a visit to the Island of Poel and found several beautiful works of art spread over the area. The small and large murals often show motifs from local nature, fishing ships and the sea. Check out the collection and the new map!

Accommodation / Asia / Atelier / Japan / Music / Painter / Performance / StreetartWe already stood several days in Matsuyama, we visited and explored all the fantastic sights and the interesting city. Actually we wanted to leave to ?zu in the south the next day. But our friend Mathew Iannarone from the Sen Guesthouse recommended us definitely to stay another night because he has some secret special insider event. This hostel is a place we can very recommend by the way, but there will be an article about guesthouse owner Mathew and his exciting life in Japan in another article which is in preparation. But back to our special event, which really was worth it to stay. Mathew took us to a livingroom-live-painting session with the graffiti artists BAKI BAKI and MON. The name of the event is DougoyART. It´s an relaxed artistique festivity in an homelike atmosphere which was in the befriended guesthouse of Hisatsugu Shimizu. As well there is audio included and musicians are taking part, this time the band The Sun.

Sri Lanka / StreetartGalle is a city with around 93,000 inhabitants on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka and is known for its large fort complex and the colonial old town, which were classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988. The city is home to various street art works with traditional and religious motifs, as well as modern graphics, characters and even typical graffiti writing. On the Fort promontory, there are several art galleries worth seeing, which also exhibit works on the streets. The temples are also always worth a look, as you can often find beautiful murals there.

South Korea / StreetartNam-gu District is one of Daegu’s centrally located districts and combines on its area urban life with nature and culture. The name “Nam-gu” literally means literally “South District”. Apsan Mountain is particularly well-known; it is a popular destination featuring hiking trails, lookout points, and a cable car from which visitors can enjoy a sweeping view of Daegu. Although it is primarily a residential district, you’ll still find countless works of urban art here; especially at schools and children’s facilities, you can see large murals and wall paintings featuring colorful scenes and lots of funny characters.

Events / Germany / PainterThrough her collaboration with PANDION and TRANSIT RÄUME, artist GITA KURDPOOR started in January 2023 as the first resident to design a former cab Showroom in the Prinzessinnenstrasse in Berlin Kreuzberg with her art. She has decided to exhibit her “Animal Collection” and to bring oversized on the walls. She made this decision in reference to Kreuzberg and its diversity. The exhibition will last until 30th of June 2023, possibly there will be an extension.

Atelier / Events / SpainOn November 28th in 2024 the exhibition „Borrowed Times“ with great works by the artist ABDUL VAS opened with a beautiful vernissage at the Madrid gallery E CIENTO VEINTE. Argentina / Sports / StreetartIn 2007 a group of local skaters started a movement to have their own space to practice their passion. They presented a project to the local municipality, and in 2011, a mega skate park was inaugurated in the Mataderos neighborhood of Buenos Aires! The design was created by specialized architects, and the construction was supervised by the Argentine Skateboarding Association. Besides the sports fun there are numerous fantastic graffiti and urban artworks around the area.

South Korea / Sports / StreetartLocated in the Busan district Sasang-gu is Korea’s largest skateboarding space. The huge indoor skate hall MONOLVGAR offers professional training for local skaters, product sales and consultation by the skateboard brand and association MONOPATIN, who also founded the skate park and organizes regular skate contests and cool events. The outside facades of this place are also very interesting, because they are covered with numerous graffiti and characters. You can spray here legally, it is one of the few graffiti walls in the city and a Hall of Fame.

Spain / Sports / StreetartA “DIY Skatepark”, or “Do It Yourself”, is a skate spot mostly on abandoned or disused land and local skaters and collectives actually build these spaces, take care of the park and do the administration in self-organization. One such relatively new skate park in Barcelona is the PICNIC DIY in the district Poblenou at Calle de Carmen Amaya close to the beach. The area is an awesome playground for everybody who likes to ride any kind of skate vehicles and as usual with skateparks, also this hot spot is covered with countless great graffiti and new ones are created regularly.

France / StreetartRunning parallel between Boulevard François Suárez and Impasse Fuon Santa in the Nice northern suburb called La Trinité there is the canal of the Vallon de Laghet river, which in some months carries very little or no water. The concrete channeled riverbed provides the perfect surface for graffiti and urban art and the Fuon Santa Hall of Fame has been created here over many years with a lot of really good pieces. On this epic spray oasis are countless graffiti accompanied by Gorilla Gangstas, Marty McFly from Back to the Future, Samouraïs or Grand Admiral Thrawn from Star Wars.

Argentina / StreetartThe highway construction in low level, “El Paso Bajo”, carried out on Francisco Beiró Avenue and the Urquiza railroad tracks in Buenos Aires, has four traffic lanes, two by hand, and a pedestrian crossing. This traffic complex was baptized Gustavo Cerati and therefore painted by artist MARCO HEIS with wonderful images of the famous singer. After a vote in which 177,594 residents participated, 68,438 chose to honor Gustavo Cerati, the late leader of Soda Stereo, while that 60,247 favored Carlitos Balá, and 48,909 did so for Julio Cortázar.
