In these two murals separated by sliding metal doors, they remain in perfect condition more than 10 years after their creation, still in July 21st in 2012 as seen in the photos. Here my thesis “in small cities in Chile there is no competition to find a wall to make graffiti, so that graffiti can remain unperturbed for more than a decade” is again fulfilled.
Although the murals were painted simultaneously, from their styles shown in the photos, it can be inferred that they were done by two different crews.
The mural on the left side has a big flop as the main motif that says and was made by GREEMS. It is decorated with red mushrooms typical of the Araucania region. GREEMS also left a similar flop at Juan Sallato 2681.
The other mural has symbols and objects from different cultures. For example, the red eagle has European touches, while the circle has Mapuche iconography that is used to decorate a cultrun, ceremonial and musical instruments.
