On the ground floor you could reach the elevators or use the stairs for the nearby floors. Up to the Tuca on the fifth floor it was alright to walk sometimes. The ground floor also housed the gatehouse and the C’AfE of the Studentenwerk, a cafeteria where cold meals, coffee and cakes or sweets were sold. The C’AfE was a meeting place for short meetings or a gap-filler between seminars. But this probably rather in winter, because it was not very comfortable and outside there were enough green areas. The first floor was again constructed differently in comparison to the other floors; there were also small lecture halls with tiered seating arrangements and huge blackboards, which were mostly used by the psychologists. On the first floor there were also various advice centres and organisational contact points for students.
