Porosalmi is a northern part of the municipality Rantasalmi on the coast of Lake Haukivesi, which is part of the Saimaa lake system, also adjacent is the Linnansaari National Park. In the small idyllic place there are some beautiful urban works of art with nature motifs painted and sprayed on electricity boxes.
