On this street close to downtown, dotted with old and new buildings, the graffiti is constantly changing and recreating itself. The photographs were taken in August 2009, so none of this art remains today.
On the left we have two large black and white drawings, the same style that CALMAO and KORES used in Fray Andresito 43. In this case, the first graffiti is a boxer standing next to a Muslim woman photographer.
Next is YAIKEL’s intervention, first with graffiti of a bed with nails drawn on the metal entrance gate; on the same photographs you can see on the perpendicular wall next to the gate that it’s written YAIKEL. The second graffiti by YAIKEL is a face with large blue eyes and a tongue of flame. Above and below the head, ventilation ducts can be seen. Next there is a colorful graffiti by POHYO showing a doll with its arms raised. The last photograph shows several tags.
