The mural is a work of TALLER PANCORA, on Buenos Aires and Loreto streets, right on the corner where the Bellavista neighborhood begins right behind the painted sea urchin. The photographs were taken in August 2009.

The mural is a denunciation against “trawling”, a fishing technique that consists of dragging a net along the seabed to capture fish, invertebrates and everything in its path, a destructive method for the seabed.

The mural shows a dark being controlling and taking all life from the bottom of the sea inside his fishing net, subduing even the crab itself so that it pulls the net and thus also helps the ambitious creature to take all the resources from the sea.
