This mural was right at a major intersection in Santiago. The photos were taken in August 2009. I have never been able to find out the name of the artist of such a great street art.

This mural full of exotic and disoriented animals reminds me of the book Animal Farm by George Orwell. What would the artist have thought when he or she drew and painted this fantastic mural?

In the fiction of the novel, a group of animals on a farm expel the tyrannical humans and create a system of their own government that ends up becoming another brutal tyranny. The drawings of these animals have some human features, such as the legs and genitals that some animals show. It looks like there is chaos and that each animal is doing what it wants in this revolution on the farm.
