MOROCCO: Streetart Chefchaouen – Desert Art and Urban Creations in Blue

Chefchaouen is a northern Moroccan city of about 45.000 inhabitants in the Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma region. The name means translated “two horns” and is due to the two mountain peaks of the Rif Mountains that can be seen from the city. You can find the color blue throughout the town in the form of murals and decorations. The artwork and color are said to protect against evil eyes and bad energy. The power of street art! Here we have a collection with magnificent creations photographed by graffiti hunter and streetart lover MAZZANTI. Check out her instagram channel, where she regualry presents great pictures from Sweden and from other countries all over the world.
