MOROCCO: Streetart Tétouan – Urban Art and Graffiti Collection

Tétouan is a historically significant city not far from the Mediterranean coast of Morocco with around 400,000 inhabitants. The old town has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. The Berber name of the city literally means “eyes”. It also has the poetic nickname “The White Dove”. There are also some urban works of art in the streets, including Spanish soccer fan artwork. These great photos were taken by the world explorers Thomas Adventurer and Diana Beekvelt, also known as NOMADS ON WHEELS. They have been traveling around Morroco with their camper van at that time. And they document all of these actions on their homepage, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube to show the beautiful countries and at the same time to motivate to be active for environmental issues and to help cleaning your own surroundings. It’s definitely worth taking a look!
