On this page here you can find the photos from the artworks on the underground walkways of Bengasi Station peppered with a small long term exhibition showing great creations from local artists. The artworks will change over time, we try to show and add the new artworks for that underground on this page here. A new colorful spot with great creations and the Urban Art Gallery grows. Turin has twenty years of experience in the field of urban art. Starting from the end of the 90s with the birth of the MurArte project, the City has promoted, created and enhanced important experiences, projects and events in the field of Graffiti Writing, Street Art and Urban Art in general, up to the recent proposal of the opening of the first Street Art Museum.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the Bengasi Station of the Turin Metro on 23rd of April 2021, the idea of creating a sort of gallery – which will be periodically updated – was born from the collaboration between infra.TO and the city of Turin. The plan was to show works from young new artists and local Turin artists working in various disciplines like muralism, streetart, poster art, graffiti, photography or visual arts.
The first gallery to be inaugurated includes works by SUPE, CT, SHEKO, DIEGO FEDERICO, MACH 505, HOWLER, ABEL, DROUFLA and CIMA.A.A with the curatorship of the culture art collectives CERCHIO E LE GOCCE and MONKEYS EVOLUTION, which are active for years on the Turin scene and which are stabil partners of the city about art projects since a long time. – City of Turin

It will be a young space, because it aims to give back the voice to it and it will give a voice to our young people who, through urban art, take the word in public space. It will be a place of encounter, of confrontation and discussion, because the role of art is also to make us reflect. In short, we will see some really good ones! “
