Artworks created in July 2022 – made by SPRÜHLINGSGEFÜHLE
In July 2022, the wall at the Nagel gardening center was painted with new beautiful artworks. The creations were implemented by the temporary collective SPRÜHLINGSGEFÜHLE, which arose from the ranks of the EINTRACHT ULTRAS. Together with the owner WILMA NAGEL the artists have conceived and envisioned the design.
“It was important to us to bring in motifs that are related to our district and also to our company. The wall was divided into individual sections, which are separated by archways. In between, the first image features the typical and legendary Hessian Bembel with colorful flowers. In the second picture you can see the idyllic river Nidda, as it flows around our corner. The third painting is the view over the mountains of the Taunus, as seen here from Praunheim. The fourth picture shows our great Nagel logo with the wonderful red roses. ” – Wilma Nagel
“Of course, the Frankfurt skyline with the famous skyscrapers should not be missed, which you can see in the fifth part. And last but not least, the eagle follows as the emblem of the local and absolutely best soccer club, Eintracht Frankfurt. Around the corner you can see again a few flowers and the signature of the artist group SPRÜHLINGSGEFÜHLE. Overall, the colors were kept rather darker than in the work before, so the images harmonize better with the color of the ground and the environment. The creators worked on the wall for several days and we are very pleased with the results.” – Wilma Nagel
