Mar del Plata has about half a million inhabitants and means “sea of silver” in Spanish. For many tourists, the place is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Argentina. But apart from that and much more interesting is actually the urban art with the colors in the streets. Jorge Luis Borges
The artist MIGUEL REPISO or just in short MIGUEL REP created this great mural in honor of Jorge Francisco Isidoro Luis Borges Acevedo who was an Argentine writer and librarian. Borges wrote a variety of fantastic stories and poems and is considered to be a co-founder of magical realism.
