FRANCE: Streetart Toulouse - ROSE BÉTON BIENNALE

In 2019 the third ROSE BÉTON biennale took place with invited artists to make Toulouse, in the continuity of the 2016 and 2018 editions, an open-air gallery, a city more international and colorful than ever. From April to September 2019 there visited artists from the United States (HENSE, MOMO and MARK JENKINS), Holland (JEROEN EROSIE), Germany (the duo MOSES & TAPS), Brazil (RERO) or France (MADEMOISELLE KAT) to invent a new urban art route. At the Abattoirs Musée – Frac Occitanie Toulouse, a flagship place of contemporary art, three artists from the international scene settle there in 2019 as well: TANIA MOURAUD from Paris, guest of honor at the biennial, with a plural, sensitive and committed work, CLEON PETERSON fromLos Angeles, past painting by urban art workshop, known for the large and terrible frescoes he paints in public spaces around the world, and TODD JAMES from New York), from graffiti, with acidulous but ferocious canvases.
