The Frankenstein Stencil by MOGUL is an older work of art and this bridge pillar was actually supposed to be painted over as a pre-mural to the NO LIMIT festival in 2014. But out of respect for the legendary street artist MOGUL, the previous work was integrated into the new collaboration work by SHAI DAHAN, EKTA and OLLIO.
