Who came first?
UFO5, a Piedmontese artist who for years now declines the language of street art as a means of urban communication. Through its two-dimensional effect signs and its flat lines that recall historical illustrations, we find in the work The battle of the walls the salient features of his production: the small medieval villages with their respective feudal castles. Chromatically relying on black and white, it depicts a city destroyed by combat. The ruins of this city are a grotesque warning against the futility of battles. An invitation against the factions and to think that what seems opposite is actually complementary. This artwork was made in 2016. – MAUA MUSEUM
