We are Craftsmen
This artwork on both wall sides of the bridge was made by the artist CHRISTIAN WAGNER who works with his own lable 100 HERZ KREATIVKULTUR. It is a homage to the crafts work itself and all the various companies, factories, single firms and independent self deployed craftsmen of all kind especially in town but also in general. The artwork was a paid contract project made for the city of Offenbach. On one of the photos below you can see all the involved actors, partners and supporters.

“Am Anfang war Himmel und Erde. Den ganzen Rest haben wir gemacht” – “In the beginning there was heaven and earth. We did all the rest.”
“Die Eskimos haben 90 Wörter für Schnee. Die Deutschen über 130 für Handwerk!!!” – “The Eskimos have 90 words for snow. The Germans over 100 for craft!!!”
“Elektroniker, Maler, Lakierer, Metallbauer, Tischlerin, Industriemechaniker…” – “Electronics technicians, painters, lacquerers, metal workers, carpenters, industrial mechanics …”
