Herbert Spencer
This great mural was made by GUIDO ZIMMERMANN in 2020 in honor of the English philosopher and sociologist Herbert Spencer. He was the first to apply the theory of evolution to social development, thus establishing the paradigm of evolutionism, which is often viewed as the forerunner of social Darwinism.
