FRANCE: Streetart Nice – Sticker Section – Creative Glue against Removal – Collection Main Page

The urban space in Nice, especially in the center and along the beach promenade, is kept very conservatively clean and tidy for the tourist; there are hardly any of the small brighteners that are usually found in cities, such as paste-ups, stickers or stencils. But as is often the case, if you take a closer look, you can always find something. In the outer districts and suburbs it’s a different story, there’s more graffiti and therefore also more stickers. Another problem is a gang of vandals roaming around the center, destroying the beautiful sticker artworks. After a short time, these great creative objects are removed again by this mob, hopefully the city will soon do something about these vandals. Here we have a collection of stickers divided into different categories. That’s also the interesting thing about stickers, because behind each one is a creative project.
