Cartagena or with full title “Cartagena de Indias” is a municipality with approximately 210,000 inhabitants, the capital of the department of Bolívar and is located on Colombia’s Caribbean coast of Colombia. In the streets you can find beautiful and colorful works of art from large to small. Often with motifs of portraits of local inhabitants, historic figures and nature.
