The Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs are a source of hot springs located 10 km from Santa Rosa de Cabal, in Risaralda. They are the most popular thermal complex in the region, as well as one of its main tourist attractions.
The mineral-rich hot springs are the product of the influence of the Los Nevados National Park volcanic system, coming from meteoric waters that enter deep into the earth and are expelled outward in this area. These underground canals are covered with numerous outcrops which are used by the infrastructure of the complex.
They sprout from the earth at a temperature of 70 ºC and go down the waterfalls to the thermal pools at 40 ºC. The thermal complex has a spa and massage area, hotel, restaurant, and has ecological routes and other activities such as ropes down the waterfall. About 26 km from the Termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal is another well-known thermal complex, the Termales de San Vicente.
